I tried calling to make an appointment numerous times and no one would ever answer. Therefore, I could not use my GROUPON at all.

I bought the Groupon for three massages, and had a pretty good experience for the first massage-the facility was clean, modern, and the masseuse and front desk staff were very friendly However, the second time I went for my scheduled massage, the office was closed when I arrived (around 3pm on a Friday) I called a few days later and was told that my number must have been written down incorrectly by one of the front desk staff I had driven over an hour there and back for nothing Still, I rescheduled my second massage, and the day before was called and notified that the office was undergoing renovation and that I would need to reschedule my massage for a few weeks later I have since called but not yet been able to reach more than their voicemail In addition, my roommate and another friend who both also purchased this Groupon have also had similar experiences with Integrative Physical Medicine

The company was remodeling, and as a result had terrible customer service My initial visit was great, but when I rescheduled for a second one, it was cancelled and I was not notified Luckily, I had called the day before (realizing that I did not receive a prior-day reminder) and they told me it was cancelled I rescheduled again, but arrived to a closed office The fact that it happened twice was unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this place

New, modern office. Dr Bern's and staff seem very nice. My massage by Laura was incredible, best ever! They have very affordable massages. Two thumbs up! I found a massage and chiropractic home!
