Unprofessional, admitted during procedure that it didn't really work. Exposed me without a towel our anything for some time even though we were alone. Regret purchasing this groupon. Did try to honor the amount I paid for, even tho it was expired

Everyone was nice and the facility was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was great and pleasant. They were especially good at explaining the procedure and answered all of my questions. There weight loss program is intriguing and is something to consider. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
