Great first experience here. Friendly staff, easy to book. The only catch is that I am quite sensitive and the technician used quite deep pressure without asking my preferences so there was some pain (I also should have spoken up). But altogether a very rejuvenating visit!
Important to know - this is only bouldering, so there is no harness. I was new to it so I missed that on the website. Rock Spot is a nice gym with bouldering walls on one side and some traditional gym equipment on the other. I would definitely go again!
