We had a wonderful time. Jason shared the in depth history of whiskey, the area and Short Mountain Distillery which we found absolutely fascinating. The tasting was so good! Then off to the mixology class at the restaurant to learn how to make tasty beverages with the spirits we just tasted/bought! Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable.
