5 Fitness Training

The founders of 5 Fitness Training named the gym after the five pillars of optimal health: strength training, cardiovascular health, nutrition, flexibility, and recovery and rest. When developing programs for athletes, the gym's personal trainers incorporate these pillars in a way that alternately builds and restores the body. They also collaborate with clients to design customized blueprints that drive toward specific goals. Programs may include boot-camp and kettlebell workouts that burn fat, as well as yoga classes that strengthen and lengthen muscles so that they can reach all the way down to toes, through the floor, and onto the ceiling fan below. To optimize muscle function and range of motion, the gym offers massage therapy.
