She boils Krav Maga down to its basics for beginners, slowly laying on more advanced techniques, and she covers everything from blocking a punch to disarming a gun-armed assailant in the back seat of a car. One of her courses focuses on self-defense techniques for women, teaching them how to defend against larger or stronger opponents. She also provides training exclusively geared toward law-enforcement officers, helping them protect themselves from sudden assault, as well as a plethora of fitness classes.
