Cafe Piazza Dolce’s menu spans the day’s meals with brunch, lunch, and dinner options. In the mornings, chefs whip up poutine and gourmet egg paninis loaded with meats. Come dinnertime, the chefs press fresh pastas for their entrees, such as the Fussilli Mare e Terra. Paninis are served at dinner and lunch and as part of a breakfast panini bar on Saturday and Sunday mornings, with options such as The Pacino Panino with grilled Italian sausage, sauteed onions, mushroom, roasted peppers, and melted provolone.

Cafe Piazza Dolce

Owner Alessandra Siniscalco, a first generation Italian, opened Café Piazza Dolce 10 years ago as a business school graduate with a passion for food, but ended up becoming the chef of a celebrated Italian trattoria. While the restaurant originally sold only espresso, gelato, and fresh baked goods, Café Piazza Dolce's popularity soon transformed it into a cozy eatery serving authentic Italian pastas, pizzas, and grilled dishes. The menu brings together entrees from every region of Italy. Rustic appetizers often start dinners, followed by house-made pastas for main courses. Hand-tossed pizzas rise in wood-fired ovens, topping with ingredients such as egg, prosciutto, or bacon pesto, and the kitchen's grill chars a wide range of proteins from steak to salmon. This true trattoria also focuses on their desserts with homemade mascarpone tiramisu, lobster tails, and Sicilian cannolis. On the weekends, the chefs have a sleepover at the restaurant so they can be up early preparing gourmet egg sandwiches for breakfast.
