CrossFit Happy Valley
CrossFit's series of functional movement exercises can be scaled to the abilities of everyone, from grandparents to athletes, making it one of the most democratic fitness methods in the world. The trainers at CrossFit Happy Valley use everything from jump boxes and gymnastics rings to kettlebells and pull up bars to lead an ever-changing regimen of simple, yet highly intense functional exercises that hit all ten fitness domains, including endurance, strength, flexibility, and agility. To keep intimidation at bay, they require all beginners to take a foundation course that teaches how to safely and effectively perform the high-intensity movements. The team also provides inspirational encouragement every step of the way, as well as cultivates a supportive community of students who push each other to succeed.
