“I have never experienced a duct cleaning before, so I don't have anything to compare them to. With that said. They a Arrived an hour late. When they got here they were courteous and quick. The whole house (4200 sq feet/single unit) was done in about 45 min. That seemed very fast...almost too fast. However, they appear to have done the work as stated. The house has a faint smell (not really a bad smell) which the guy warned me about. He said it should go away very quickly and was due to the sanitizer they use. They did offer to clean the unit itself at an additional cost but there was no hard sell of any kind. Overall: very good and worth the groupon price. ”
