During the Beer 101 class, an expert elucidates the secrets of brewing beer and discusses the different types of suds that have developed throughout history. Students will also get a chance to taste the ingredients that are used to make beer, along with five featured brews in their finished states. Alternatively, the Mixology 101 class teaches students how to mix up blended, traditional, and trendy cocktails while also teaching them how to cut fruit garnishes and stock a full-service home bar for their next cocktail party.
