Choose Between Two Options
- $19 for one month of unlimited boxing-kickboxing fitness classes (a $70 value)
- $24 for 10 boxing-kickboxing fitness classes or Fight 2 Fit boot-camp classes (a $150 value)
Boxing-kickboxing fitness classes cover basic boxing techniques, including proper stance, footwork, and basic punches, as well as drills for conditioning and sprinting, jump-rope and medicine-ball work, and training to use boxing equipment effectively. They help participants work toward a strong body, increased agility and coordination, improved muscle tone, and overall fitness while promoting weight loss. In combining cardio and strength-training, the classes target arms, thighs, butt, back, and abs.
Fight 2 Fit boot-camp classes are held on Saturday mornings. Participants are trained according to their current fitness level, with training growing more strenuous as their conditioning level improves. Workouts include mobility and flexibility exercises, shadowboxing, foot drills, heavy bag work, core exercises, and conditioning drills such as sprints and body-weight circuits.
Fight Club University
Youth, amateur, and professional boxing. MMA fighting and jujitsu. Fitness bootcamps centered on throwing a good punch, and classes that help you find your fighting stance. Fight Club University's team of professional boxers, MMA fighters, and personal trainers teach all these skills and more, as well as helping develop self-confidence, strength, and common sense in young people through the S.T.R.O.N.G. program. Newly toned and slim patrons strut out of the gym past a forest of equipment that includes heavy bags, medicine balls, and jump ropes. Instructors suggest that the courses can help bolster overall health, a sense of timing, and hand-eye coordination.
