The introductory self-defense lesson gives a brief overview of the different styles of self-defense. Once students have discovered their martial-arts and fitness preferences, they can attend classes such as kickboxing, Zumba, yoga, and krav maga. View the class schedule here.

Students can focus solely on self-defense techniques with krav maga, an intuitive street-fighting style developed by a decorated Slovakian athlete in the 1930s, or tae kwon do, which builds a sense of confidence as well as snappy reflexes and a collection of stylish belts.
