Die-hard Van Halen fans revel and run with the devil as Fan Halen re-creates the charging sound and striking image of the seminal band’s original incarnation. Voted one of the top 10 Vegas tribute bands by Vegas Rocks!, the surgically focused impersonators of Fan Halen transport audiences to a magical land where David Lee Roth high kicks his mighty wail through eardrums and Sammy Hagar refuses to exist. Diamond Dave surrogate Ernie Berru nails the famously inclining voice and manic banter, gleefully chewing up a colorful stage that emulates the 1983 Diver Down tour, and guitarist Derek Fuller taps into Eddie Van Halen’s frets with wiles that wowed Guitarist magazine.
Joining Fan Halen are the five lads of Hysteria, who channel Sheffield’s favorite purveyors of glam metal into a set list filled with Def Leppard standards. Named after the multiplatinum classic that produced anthems including Billboard darlings “Love Bites” and “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” the group struts and snarls through the throaty verses and stomp-along choruses that enthralled a generation of MTV addicts.

About Fan Halen with Hysteria
To keep the spirit of its musical roots ever near, House of Blues Dallas keeps a metal box of mud from the Delta Mississippi beneath its stage. Summoning the spirit and raw grit contained therein, local and national performers enliven the venue’s wood-laden auditorium, lined with art such as Alan Sainte James Boudrot’s A Dream Come True. The historic White Swan building, a remnant of the 1920s coffee-processing plant, hosts this mix of traditional and contemporary, adding its open architecture to every show.
