$89 for a Grand Canyon South-Rim Bus Tour ($179.99 Value)

The full-day tour begins when a professional driver picks up participants at their hotel amid the bright lights of Las Vegas and then heads toward the vast, colorful landscape of the Grand Canyon. The air-conditioned coach shuttles passengers across the Pat Tillman-Mike O’Callahan Bridge and Lake Mead, stopping first in Kingman and Williams, Arizona—home to the Grand Canyon Railway and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Riders munch on included lunches before reboarding the bus and traveling to Grand Canyon National Park. Tours stop at the visitors' center and then continue on to the deepest (Mather Point) and widest parts (Yavapai Point) of the canyon and the destination with the most panoramic views (Bright Angel Point). At the end of the day, the bus returns patrons to Las Vegas, but not before a stop in Kingman to stretch and snack. Tours end as the bus drops tourists off at their hotel and immediately turns back into a pumpkin full of poker chips.

The Groupon Guide to: Types of Forks

The fork is one of the most important inventions of recent years, and since its debut fork makers have pushed themselves to be better fork makers, creating more than thousands of specialized forks. Here's a small sampling of the forks available in these fork-rich times that we live in:

  • Salad fork
  • Side salad fork
  • Soup fork
  • Swork (combination fork/sword)
  • Corn fork
  • Cutting fork
  • De-fatting fork
  • Finger fork
  • Baby fork for babies
  • Baby fork for small adults
  • Brork (fork made of bread)
  • Tork (toasted brork)
  • Flossing fork
  • Forkington M. Forksmith, the Fork with Plenty of Personality
  • Four chicken bones held between your knuckles
  • No-Chork™ the Fork That's Safe to Swallow
  • A stick, or nature's fork
  • Anything, because a fork is just whatever helps you get food from outside to inside your body

This year, I'm thankful for all these forks.
