Himanshu and Sandra Kapoor have trained extensively at Sivananda Ashram in India. Himanshu, who also spent time teaching there, is a holistic-health practitioner who knows anatomy like the back of his hand. A biology major and Hatha yoga devotee, Sandra shares Himanshu's desire to show everyone the path to total-body wellness. Together, they founded Hari Yoga, a space where practitioners are invited to connect their minds, bodies, and spirits. They encourage students to "get in touch with their Divine Self," which non-students can only do via text message.
After twisting through the nine varieties of yoga taught by yoga professionals, visitors might appreciate a soothing massage. With the same training that guides the center's yoga classes, the massage therapists heal bodies and raise spirits through a variety of holistic techniques.
