All classes must be redeemed by same customer within 42 days of first visit. For four week option, weeks must be used consecutively, excluding weeks when classes are not in session. Men and women of all ages and body types burn fat while building lean, powerful muscle through group fitness classes featuring TRX suspension, kettlebells, and intense cardio. After setting goals for themselves through one-on-one body fat analyses, trainees tackle challenging yet rewarding group workout regimens or build balance, strength, and flexibility with the studio's special brand of yoga.
