Erin and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic - professional, attentive to my asks, and very sweet! The location is very well maintained, facilities are absolutely stunning! Tee, water, and champagne were available, and the relaxation room was lovely! The only issue that I had was booking - I needed to move my original appointment, there was a miscommunication on the phone and they scheduled me for a different day which would have been fine but when I went to confirm my appointment everything was at a different time than she had told me and from my confirmation email. When I called to resolve, the girl had no idea what I was talking about and would not move my appointment to what the confirmation email stated.

What a wonderful spa experience in the Windy City! Front desk staff were super friendly, massage therapist Tanya worked magic on my sore body and esthetitian Donna rejuvenated me. I enjoyed a lovely steam shower between services. I had read some mixed reviews but our group of 3 ladies all had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Solaia Salon exceeded my expectations. We had booked 3 facials at a time and an employee volunteered to stay an extra hour to accommodate us so we could all get service at the same time. My mother who has mobility challenges had a great time and felt very comfortable, she loved getting her first facial ever. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.
