Classes are held in two locations. In Mt. Pleasant, classes meet Monday through Saturday from 6:15 a.m. to 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. In Hampton Park, classes meet Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
J Nichols Fitness
Jason of J Nichols Fitness is a mobile gym. A certified trainer with a psychology degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Jason transports his workouts and the accompanying equipment to his clients. Clients then have the freedom to receive a professional-quality work out in their homes, outdoors, or at another location of their choice. For personal-training sessions, he designs a 30-minute workout for each client, which he customizes with diverse exercises based on each client’s fitness level and goals. He also specializes in small-group and boot-camp training, as well as other fitness areas such as flexibility training, sport-specific training, and nutrition and meal planning.
