The menu includes popular items such as dragon maki ($12), unagi cucumber maki and temaki ($6 each), as well as spicy creamy scallop sushi ($7) green curry ($7.95), yaki soba ($8.95), and other Thai and Japanese dishes. Small or large sushi combo entrees ($18–$21) include seven or nine pieces of the chef’s choice with miso soup and choice of california maki or a spicy-tuna roll.
At Kitchenette, Thai and Japanese entrees share a menu with specialty maki and a la carte sushi and sashimi. Soft-shell crab, shrimp tempura, octopus, and other fresh fish are wrapped into artistic maki creations, and the chefs also prepare specialty dishes such as panang salmon and red snapper filet. They also serve a large variety of Thai dishes, from panang curry and stir-fried noodles to tom yum soup, as well as Japanese tempura dinners.
