Kobe Japanese Steakhouse's chefs roll and grill a menu bursting with delectable Japanese fare. In the teppanyaki dining room, chefs grill teppan dinners to perfection before diners' eyes on griddles set into each table, thereby facilitating premeal entertainment as well as light after-dinner fire walking. Choose from entrees such as the yakisoba dinner, in which beef, chicken, or shrimp are tossed playfully with vegetables and japanese noodles or opt to have juicy chicken breast grilled to a golden brown with the teriyaki chicken. Showy chefs entertain throughout the inclusive multicourse meal with culinary acrobatics, such as building onion volcanoes, skillfully twirling spatulas, or diving out of the window after dinner and landing in the driver's seat of a stolen Ferrari.

Epicurean sojourners can also opt to hand-pick lunch or dinner eats, beginning with appetizers such as the vegetable tempura. Expert sushi chefs carve up fresh fish into lonely slices of sashimi, sushi on rice, or specialty rolls such as the volcano roll, with cream-cheese-smeared fried shrimp and salmon communing with jalapeños. Guests dine in a lantern-dotted milieu with an artful sushi bar and relaxing outdoor patio where they can playfully jettison leftover eats into a dark spot on the sun.
