Krissy's Dance & Fitness Studio is a judgement-free zone. The spacious studio, accented with bright, fun colors, hosts joyful, cardio-blasting group fitness classes such as Zumba, kickboxing, and Brazilian Butt Lift classes. Along with inspiring adults to feel confident and healthy, Krissy also leads kids' dance classes for girls and boys. She taps into her elementary education degree to lead kids in jazz, ballet, hip-hop, and other dance styles.
