Entertaining With Love is the culmination of the career of Marc J. Sievers, an elevated home cook, entertaining expert, and author living in Chicago. With years of experience in high-end retail, style, food and entertaining in a string of cities–from Seattle to Boston to New York–Marc shares his fashionable insights and socializing services with his clients. Whether he's helping people with social gathering, menu, and registry planning or pantry, dishware, and design consultation, his tips are calibrated to leave guests gasping with awed envy. He recently unveiled his skills to viewers across the country by winning Bobby's Dinner Battle, a Food Network show hosted by celebrity chef Bobby Flay. In the victory episode, Marc presented a themed soirée in his home, made all the more challenging thanks to time constraints and a limited budget.

Marc is also the Creative Director and co-founder of Marc-Ryan & Co., a publishing, media, and services company he created with his husband. Together, they deliver expertise and content designed to inform and inspire elevated home cooking, entertaining, and life-styling. Marc views this venture as a means of encouraging others to celebrate "everyday living with style."
