Very friendly and accommodating staff. My groupon had actually already expired by a few days and I wasn't aware. When I called, they told me about it, but where gracious enough to honor it and I was very thankful. Upon arriving, the staff was very welcoming and kept us informed of when they would bring us in the back, which didn't take time at all. I would definitely recommend to friends and will go back again

My partner and I had a great experience at the Fanwood Spa. The staff was very pleasant and did share some of their other services with us during our time. Some people have expressed issue with this in other reviews and had me skeptical but it was not as bad as they made it sound. Please try them out!
