New Balance San Antonio

New Balance San Antonio eschews impersonal online transactions, only selling its shoes in person so its intensively trained staff can discern the ideal shoes for each customer. Shoe fittings factor in foot width and shape, arch length, and biomechanics, which refer to how the foot strikes the ground or, if you're on the moon, the wall. Staffers employ an iStep machine to further dissect biomechanics and determine if customers are pronators, supinators, or terminators.

Once evaluations are complete, customers can choose from a selection of shoes that take advantage of New Balance shoe technology, which benefits from design help from DuPont and high-tech materials such as EVA foam. They can also select orthotics and outfit themselves above the ankles with a selection of athletic apparel.
