Kids are necessary during the outdoor Stroller Strides classes, in which moms and their stroller-bound tots bounce from intervals of power walking to weight training using the strollers themselves, exercise bands, and dumbbell bars. The one-hour classes take place at Howarth Park at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
