Just a fun and enjoyable experience. I have always wanted to do and am so glad I did! I will be going again! The glass blowers are such talented individuals!! Much respect and love!
We had such a great time at the KSC! The explore tour was well with the money & our guide Patrick was amazing. It was so good I ended up buying annual passes to come back over & over
Got to seen the team release the turtles back outside after the cold snap. We also really enjoyed the nature trail - so much so that we made two laps around.
A 3-Hour Introduction to Glass Fusing Class for One
Ii went with a group of friends. The two men running it were very nice-they were funny, engaging, and very very helpful! It was a fun way to spend a few hours! The intro class gives a choice of 3 types of glass items you can make, with an option to upgrade for nominal fee to a larger item. You go at your own pace, and while the class tome is allotted for 3 hours, most of us finished early. One caveat-this isn't a hood event to do if you are only in town for a short time(vacation, etc) as you leave the project with them as they need to fire it up in the kiln, and then you need to return 2-3 weekd later to retrieve your finished item. But overall waa a fun, and different way to spend a Saturday morning! I would recommend !!
Park is designed more for families with younger children but overall a great place to visit. We went in Saturday 2/7 the weather was perfect and the park was not crowded at all. There are more restaurants than rides so if you want to eat there are plenty of choices inside the park.
