Trapeze Federation

At Trapeze Federation, students increase their strength while learning to soar through the air on a 32-foot-high trapeze. Sessions are led by a trained fly instructor and begin with warm-ups and ground simulations followed by low bar training to master knee hangs. Students then don safety harnesses and make their way up a ladder to reach the trapeze platform. There, they glide through the air to perform upside-down tricks before falling into a safety net.
