Choose Between Two Options

  • $39 for a 60-minute Swedish massage or 60-minute signature facial (a $110 value)
  • $59 for a 60-minute Swedish massage and 45-minute aromatherapy-infused facial (a $195 value)

With the first option, clients may choose one of the spa's four 60-minute facials, which include the elemental-nature facial, enbrightenment-discoloration treatment, outer-peace acne treatment, or anti-aging facial using Aveda’s plant-based Green Science products. And though the aromatherapy facial stimulates the senses and deeply hydrates skin, it does not include extractions.

Turning Heads Salon & Day Spa has been beautifying the tresses of Harlem inhabitants with naturally derived products for almost two decades. But it wasn't until 2002 that they added on a day spa, where owner Sandy Scarborough oversees exfoliating body treatments, peels, and facials using Aveda products. In 2011, The Village Voice named it New York's best spa, praising the attentive staff and tranquil, unrushed atmosphere. Manicurists and makeup artists add color to faces and fingertips, while massage therapists smooth out muscle knots, preparing clients to end their beautification sessions with a sprint to the nearest mirror.
