Choose Between Two Options

  • $39 for 10 group fitness classes (a $138 value)

Varsity offers two group fitness classes—Calorie Inferno and Tighten and Tone. Trainers designed Calorie Inferno to boost metabolism with a carefully coordinated combination of aerobic and strength-training exercises. Tighten and Tone works to burn fat and increase lean-muscle mass. Both sessions are 60 minutes.

When clients train with Varsity Personal Training, they get trainers that are not only NCCA certified, but also hold bachelor’s or master’s degrees in fitness or related fields and are former international and professional athletes. They use their combined expertise and work with registered dietitians to design programs tailored to each individual, helping them achieve goals such as gaining muscle mass, shedding fat, developing healthy eating habits, or preparing for a race. Clients can work with the trainers one-on-one or join with other students and work together toward fitness summits during group classes.
