Talking with her made me very comfortable buying the Groupon. She is beyond dedicated to turning it around. She sent Derrick to clean and he did an amazing job! Friendly, punctual and thorough. We had a good time. The only issue we had was that there was a grown man in the dodge ball area playing like he was trying to win a million dollars against the kids. He was too rough and hit my grandson in the face pretty hard with a ball. My grandson is 7.
