The Parker House wasn't always a haunted attraction. But these days, the organizers tell a chilling tale of its origins; a story as plausible as it is horrifying. As it goes, the building once housed the Parker family, an entrepreneurial couple who transformed their residence into a funeral home. Yet it was their only daughter Mary, who may have gotten a little too close to the business. Constantly surrounded by death, she became inured to it. And when she later took over the family business, she took things in a horrifying direction: she harvested and sold organs from the deceased at a great profit. Even more horrifying, when the well of corpses from the business ran dry, she set about securing her own. Eventually she was caught, but in that time the hallways of the house saw plenty of terror. DFW Fright Nights'
organizers now recreate the funeral home's experiences as they must have been for many of Mary's hapless victims.
At RNR Stables, team members employ the sport of horseback riding to foster riders confidence and encourage them to build relationships with horses. Under staff members supervision riders can learn about tack and private lessons. Skilled staff members provide basic riding instructions & tack procedure & then permit riders to practice these skills in the arena.
