Lauren is absolutely fantastic! I went in for a deep tissue massage and left feeling completely renewed. She is incredibly skilled, thoughtful, and truly understands the body. Lauren is also very knowledgeable and professional—clearly an expert not only in massage but also in cupping and hot stone therapy, which she integrates beautifully.
Her studio is wonderful—clean, peaceful, and perfectly located, making the whole experience relaxing from the moment you arrive. And meeting her sweet dog, Kira, was such a lovely bonus that made the visit even more special.

Wait time was a bit long but that's cuz it was a busy Sunday. Staff were so friendly and nice! Gavin the supervisor personally introduced himself and thanked us for coming in. Would recommend 100%!

It was a great way to see San Francisco. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I totally recommend it and would' do it again. We did it in rain and can't wait to do i it in the sun.
