First time, I found the instructions covered what I needed to know. Tried contacting the support email, but I got a reply back partly in French, just asking for my redemption code, so I didn’t pursue it any further.

Had an issue with no open spots. Staff came over quickly to get me a spot and waited with me until shuttle came since this was my first time using them and I was unsure of how things worked. Great service!
