The service and price was great, finding the lot a little tricky. When you turn on their street it is immediately beside the gas station and does not look like an entrance. There is an entrance shack on the dirt lot where you present your Groupon. They were prompt and very helpful.
This was such a good deal! The instructions were helpful and easy to follow to retrieve your product key. I actually signed on to my Microsoft account and entered my product key there first -- which meant I was already authenticated on each program and only needed to download and install. I thought I was going to need some help and emailed the company, but I solved my issue in about 5 minutes. They still responded shortly after that -- so the communication response is awesome.
