I had an issue entering the key for the software. I send the vendor an email with the error message. They responded quickly with a new key and directions. I had everything resolved within a few minutes after that.
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
