Great food, service and kid friendly! We'll be back!

The service was absolutely awful. The appetizers were served without utensils, I had to ask the server FIVE times for a wine menu, the entrees weren't served together, the bill was laid down before the meal was completed and the service was unbelievably slow. The server said the night was busier than usual, but that can't excuse the time we sat down until we finished eating..almost TWO hours! I was looking forward to the meal when I first arrived but the charm quickly wore off. The nearest 2 tables were also complaining, 1 couple had their bill placed on their table before they even had their entree! The food: the broccoli cheese soup was lumpy and unappetizing, but the chicken burger was great as well as the quesadilla my friend had. Unfortunately neither of our party (3 persons) will be back for more unless I hear that things have changed. My friend also claimed that the carrot cake served was from Costco. I sure hope this isn't the case.....

Coffee is not good. No Airconditioning.

There were only two girls working on the floor and they were run off their feet. It took us about 10 minutes at the register to pay as they were so so busy. Every table was taken. I was a little disappointed that you couldnt order off the whole menu, just the middle section if you had groupon. The food was fresh and good.
