Be able to see all the happy faces, sometimes even watching them grow (first year packages). Capturing special moments that you'd cherish forever

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We had a client when we first started, and she said she fell in tears when she received her online gallery - printed them in canvas and couldn't be any happier
