Yes, they are a ripoff company. They cashed in a Groupon that I never used. It shows I bought it 1 day they cashed it in on the next day. Others have had the same experience. Groupon is LAX in being responsible for the business they promote. they want the customer to write an email first and then hope that the scammers will get back to them. Groupon should be responsible for advertised businesses!

I have not used the voucher. I recently purchased it while i was on a flight back from China. I am not sure how they are in business considering the number of reviews reporting the same behavior.

This is one of those scam companies and Groupon is of no help. I emailed this company as instructed and received no response, sent a second email and the same. A couple of days later the Groupon was marked as Redeemed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
