I bought a Groupon to this location for me and my wife are few months ago. I went to this location and found that it was not a dental office, it was like one of those beauty salons booths in an large building type location. When we entered the small room, it had customers already sitting there filling out paperwork. We stood until we could sit in one of the three chairs that were there in this small office. We were asked to fill out a waiver of liability. The female who was to do the whitening procedure, we found that she was not related or trained in the dental profession. It was surprising to us to find that she was not even a dental employee. This employee was not a dental assistant, a dental hygienist, a dental technician, nor any relatable field of training were dentistry. We asked why the white doctor's coat and there wasn't a decent answer. We were here for the first time and to discover this issue after we had paid was surprising. This type of teeth whitening is good for someone who wants to go cheap.
Just say no!!! They also add your number to a calling list!!

I received a response from the owner who basically indicated I was wrong on most aspects of this business. Bla..bla..bla...I was fooled into this purchase since my wife wanted to have this service. Insult to injury, now I am getting spam calls from this business...Really??!!

Your response sounds like you are responding to a business that is not us, but I will address your concerns. Our technicians wear uniforms shrubs and not a doctor coat, but that's not important. Just so it is clear, teeth whitening is a certification, not a degree. Employment does not require a college degree but completion of training, customer friendly, honest, responible and respectful adults. Rapid Smile Labs has teeth whitening clinics and No where does the company perform any Dentistry. Our field of expertise and study is teeth whitening only and doesn't require any other dental education. Speaking on the behalf of most businesses, some information is gathered and given beforehand and you sign off to give your authorization to perform just that and nothing else. Teeth whitening is performed in many different settings using different procedures and pricing due to it is a Cosmetic procedure and not insurance deductible.
This company has never used any media that spam calls. During special deals and promotions, our company has sent out a text blast, but as with any advancement You Opt Out.
So addressing anything else would only be responding to your feelings so I will wish you good luck in your future whitening experiences.

I feel like my teeth looked the exact same after I left. But the ladies that work there are so sweet and accomadating.

Sorry you did not get the whitening you desired. Sounds like you needed a longer session. Sometimes years of staining is not removed in 30 minute. For this reason is why we offer discounts to do followup visits. Thank you for the feedback.

Sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience. I see where your shade went from s34 to a s14. 20 shades difference is great results for a 30 minute treatment.
