About Sun Masters Automotive

Sun Masters Automotive’s technicians revamp vehicles from the inside out. They turn cars into mobile concert halls with Sony and Pioneer sound systems, equip them with video systems and GPS navigators, and give them the wherewithal to protect their new gadgetry with name-brand alarm systems. Further security comes in the form of tinted window film, which not only restores privacy to drivers and their electronics, but also gives the vehicle a stylish new look that can distract radar guns. Technicians also armor cars with paint protectants that minimize scratches and fading, and plaster energy-saving tinted films on residential and commercial buildings.

Positive note, they performed a really good job and it looks good. Negative note, be ready to pay extra money. The guy told me that Groupon is just a tool to get people to show up and there will always be an extra charge. Whether it’s a curved window or anything they can use as an excuse to add money. It’s the only way to make money. This should be explained prior to purchase so you don’t show up thinking you got a good deal then they pop up asking for more money which some people may not have. I’ve purchase many tint jobs from Groupon in the past and we all know they attempt to try and sell you more stuff like an upgrade to darker tint or better quality. I have never experienced a company that doesn’t give you an option like that. You’re suppose to get what you paid for with the option of upgrades. So I feel rather than offering an upgrade, they automatically have a reason to charge extra without giving you an option which is unfair practice. Just giving a heads up to those that may not have extra money. Again, they didn’t perform a good job.

Not sure who is actually responsible for the fraudelent "switch and bait" but I ended up paying an additional $175 dollars to get something that actually looks like tint. I was told that the GROUPON is only for the cheapest window film. The end result was nice but I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. No more GROUPON for me and I will definitely let all I know that this is a bait and switch scam
