I suggest making a Crossfit class that starts at 5am rather than 6am for those who have to be at work early and can't make the evening classes.

I have only been to one class so far but belong to a local boxing gym were Brandon Rios (Bam Bam) trains and wanted to try crossfit for a change in routine as we do crossfit workouts at my gym as well. It's about double the price at this gym, but I think I'll try it out to see if it compares to my current gym and if it's something new I can look forward to. I have high expectations as I love the gym I'm at, but like trying new things and up for a challenge.

I was really amazed to see Pregnant women doing crossfit and looking amazing, also younger teens lifting barbells over their shoulders.
