Liked the teacher but when you're sick and can't make up a lesson, you still have to pay. Didn't like customer service.

The employees are nice, and this is a great deal. They give you three because you’ll definitely get used to it before you’re done with your sessions, especially if you’ve wanted to learn an instrument for some time. Thanks,

The sax instructor was very good at teaching the basics to my son. At school they had not taught him how to properly use his tongue to get the notes out correctly so he was blowing hard which was causing mostly noise. After the trial pkg of lessons, he was able to finally learn to play a simple song and differentiate his notes. Very nice man and a very good instructor. I wish they offered a discount for students to return after the groupon if they purchase a block of lessons.

Not professional! After the second visit , I get a ciall that they wanted to change instructors because he was "sick". We postponed it for the next week only to be told the instructor would no longer be available. (At the first visit they insisted on setting a specific time with this instructor . We had to rent the instrument for a month )Got a new instructor scheduled. Dropped my son off 15 mins early and got a call 15 mins later that the instructor was "stuck" and would get there 75 mins late. We rescheduled. They gave us an extra session for our Troubles. Finally connected with new instructor but he did not even pull out his instrument and just pointed to things. My kid is new to playing and it seemed that the instructor did not know how. We did not return.
