The instructor that has led my classes so far is focused and takes yoga seriously, but he also has a lightening sense of humour.

The yogi's energy did not suit the atmosphere of a yoga class, it was more suitable for spin or an aerobic class. This resulted in myself and my companion feeling distracted and we did not enjoy our visit compared to other places we have tried. Although he is clearly skilled and good at what he does, it didn't suit our tastes. I.e his counts: "7...6...5..4, 3,5,6...DONE" were out of place and hard to relax to. I suppose he was trying to make it 'fun'- but it just didn't match the rest of the atmosphere.
