Under the leadership of microbiologist Dr. Shane Kelly and business manager Daniel Sims, Interstellar Ginger Beer pushes the boundaries of what a ginger beer can taste like. The duo takes cues from classic ginger beer-cocktails and brews them all into a single concoction. Some of them might even glow under a UV light!

• Sunspot: One of Interstellar's glowing beers, this brew features a mixture of lemon, lime, and orange flavors.

• Blue Nebula Ginger Tonic: A gin and tonic in a ginger beer, this one glows a bright blue when enjoyed under a blacklight.
