Great stretching tonight! I am not really into HOT yoga but thought I'd try it. They give you a cold washcloth after class! I have a 3 month trial so hopefully I will stick with it!

Wow! Powerful class but interestingly very fun. The instructors used their humor during difficult asanas to encourage and lighten the feel. I'm eager to return. No locker room here so be prepared to drive home soggy or change in the bathroom.
