Multiple water spots and stains left all over my vehicle, especially windows, permanent damage to the driver outside mirror which they said was already there (COMPLETELY NOT TRUE, owner also didn't do a walk around prior to starting the service, whichwould have avoided this situation). Inside looks good, especially the seats. The owner didn't even want to honor my Groupon, but reluctantly finally did, saying he no longer had a relationship with Groupon. My package was supposed to remove surface scratches, and they didn't do that either.

You were the one who couldn't spend 5 minutes to check in your vehicle completely. You were in a rush to take your kid to a game or something and left. You came back about 30 minutes later and just filled out the intake sheet and left. You think the world revolves around you and that your time is more important than everyone else's. ( Guess what? Your time is no more important than any one else's ) Your mirror was already damaged when you brought it in because it was even documented in your pre- inspection sheet. As far as scratch removal you are correct that some scratches were not removed because they aren't surface scratches and that is a completely different service that would be an additional fee. Maybe if you would of stuck around and signed you vehicle in correctly and not hurried away this other service would of been discussed. There is only so much that can be done to a 6 year old beat up vehicle that has been abused.
You are one of the worst customers ever and acted like a spoiled brat.

Absolute perfection! My 4 year old car looks as though it just rolled off the show room floor. I highly recommend Goodfellas. Much better than Mirror Image.

I called and made an appointment. It was 6 weeks out because they only do detailing one day a week.
When I got there this morning, the owner said today was not the day they did detailing "but as long as you are here, let's do the inspection." He then looked in my car and said pet hair removal is not included and that it would cost me another $100 to get my car detailed because of the pet hair. I left without them doing anything because I didn't have another $100. Came home to find somehow the voucher had been redeemed. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE.

Thank you for coming in on a non-scheduled appointment day and insist we remove a absurdly amount of pet hair from your vehicle. You had a thick layer of hair that easily covered your back seats, headliner, console and carpet completely. I have never seen so much pet hair in a vehicle. It was literally the nastiest car we have ever had and we've had cars with maggots before. It looked like you had a family of cats living in your car and the smell was simply unbearable. There was no way that we were going to even touch that car without you paying at least another $500.00. You said you couldn't even afford another $100.00 and you started yelling. I then asked you to leave and I contacted Groupon and asked then to refund your money. Attached is a copy of the E-mail I sent Groupon:

Please refund Rosary her money as her car was beyond dirty and covered in pet hair. There is no Groupon promotion that we are running that would cover cleaning such a disgusting car. This car could literally be deemed a health hazard.

Great place and made my 2003 escape look brand new on the inside. Had to pay a little more for pet hair removal (from previous owners), but that seemed fair. I’ll use them again sometime for sure.
