The technician expressed concern over the unit needing cleaning and made it sound very bad. He then offered to clean it at what I consider an exorbitant charge.($250 additional charges) I Agreed to and paid for the cleaning which took 15 min. I later found out that it was a bit of a rip-off based on conversation with other AC Technicians.
