Only trained techs should be permitted to perform services; the first time I went in, someone else tried their best to help but could not get suitable results, and tried 3x; this resulted in a separate chip spreading into a new hairline crack. Then it took over 2 months for me to find time to go back. The trained tech was great and took care of me in 15 minutes!
