Theresa explained everything as she went through the process. She was competent, kind and accommodating. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed.

Theresa was so nice. I think she is amazing and she did an amazing job on my lips. She was honest and really cared for me. If I felt pain she numbed me right up. I would recommend seeing her!

She was very nice, but showed up late. Went over same brow over and over, which for the pain did not take on that side at all. Never got a response on her touching up nor did I get pic or anything. I like deals but I tip as well, (pre discount) Just highly turned off by this experience that did not have a lasting result. When I say lasting, could not tell I ever had it done within 3 weeks. And yes, I followed after care as well as prep/pre procedure. Never got any response after trying to reach out. This was in September, but everytime I see this I get upset
