Owner Julia Bowen spent the last 18 years learning about health, anti-aging methods, natural healing, and movement of energy through the body. During her studies, she discovered yoga, which resulted in a new passion and prompted her to open Yoga by Julia, enabling her to help others fall in love with yoga for life.

Julia's staff of instructors fill the week with a variety of styles and levels of yoga classes for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The friendly teachers are knowledgeable, supportive, have undergone advanced training, and strive to make all classes fun and approachable. They supplement their schedule with the core-reforming regimens of Pilates. All classes take place within their laminate-floored studio, amid natural light and twinkling Christmas lights.
